High Performance/Low Power Interface & Foundation IP

Primarius Technologies offers comprehensive foundation IP design and production delivery capabilities. Built on core foundation IP products such as the standard cell library, GPIO, eFUSE, and SRAM, the portfolio covers essential chip-level functions including logic operation, data storage, port interaction, and secure fuse-based configuration. To address the core R&D requirements of advanced SoCs, data storage, high-definition display, and high-speed interconnect chips, Primarius Technologies provides a complete interface IP solution centered on high-performance, high-speed interfaces. This establishes a full-stack, integrated chip IP solution that combines foundation IP with high-speed interface IP. The solution integrates mainstream interface architectures for memory interconnect, high-definition display, high-speed data transmission, and die-to-die interconnect. Based on self-developed high-speed serial transceiver core circuitry and combined with the superior underlying performance of in-house foundation IP, it enables deep co-optimization between the low-level circuit architecture of chips and high-speed transmission paths, delivering ultra-high transmission bandwidth, excellent signal integrity, and low-loss transmission.


The complete IP portfolio has been validated through signal simulation and multi-process volume tape-outs. Supported by a full suite of self-developed foundation IPs, it enables efficient computation, stable data storage, and secure, reliable interaction at the chip level.
